AMMIR ASAAD
CEO
Ammir Asaad, entrepreneur and business pioneer, moved to the UAE in 2005 and in 2011 founded Low Price Rent A Car. It stands today as one of the most well-known rental car companies in the UAE with multiple strategic locations across the Emirates.
The CEO’s ambition and leadership then resulted in further growth and expansion. Following Low Price Rent A Car’s achievements and Ammir’s drive for progress, Direct Rent A Car was launched in 2022.
His achievements do not stop there! With a strong background in property, Ammir then formed a strategic alliance with his partner, Wendy Stapleton, to revolutionize the real estate industry. It was no mean feat that Direct Properties was formed in 2022.
WENDY STAPLETON
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Business owner Wendy has an immense amount of passion for real estate and people. With a background in the UK working for William H Brown, Taylors Countrywide and Connells, our MD came to the UAE in 2002. Here she joined the real estate industry, opening Hunt & Harris Real Estate with her partner Neema Kataria.
Hunt and Harris Real Estate is an established company since 2007 with a plethora of awards, winning five years in a row with Property Finder to name but a few!
Wendy also co-founded RAK Business Group with Georgina Kelly in 2019 to help, support and mentor new and existing businesses in the Northern Emirates.
GEORGE ABU EITA
SALES & LEASING MANAGER
George started his career in 1998 in export and import, moving to the retail sector in Georgia, USA. America’s loss in 2007 was UAE’s gain when George relocated!
Working with Sultan Properties in Ras Al Khaimah, the organisation’s sales and leasing manager has a total of twelve years of experience in real estate.
He has excellent customer service skills, a commitment to work hard and to listen attentively to meet each client’s specific requirements. George exudes honesty, trust and has the best interests of his customers at heart.

Direct Properties is a refreshing addition to real estate in Dubai, assisting clients with quality service and transparency. Based in the salubrious Al Jaddaf area it has a large, committed team of knowledgeable agents.
A sister company of the established Hunt and Harris Real Estate in the Northern Emirates, the team bring their drive and experience to Direct Properties. It is proud to offer a portfolio of hundreds of properties to rent, a wealth of properties for sale and many new developments to offer our clientele!
